What is it?

Call Waiting
What is it?
Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming phone call while you are already on the phone by putting the first call on hold while you answer the second call.
Instructions
-While you are on the phone, you will hear a beep indicating an incoming call.
-Press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to answer this incoming call.
-To return to your first caller press the switch-hook or flash button again.

Caller ID
What is it?
Know who's on the line - in an instant, at a glance. Incoming phone numbers will be displayed before you answer.
Instructions
Caller ID will automatically display on your call information display on your phone or external call ID box.

Do Not Disturb
What is it?
Prefer not to be bothered? Put your phone on "Do Not Disturb." With ITP not only can you set your phone to do-not-disturb, but you can selectively block or unblock certain phone numbers, using our white and black lists.

- Once the second party is connected, press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to conference all parties together

411 Directory Assistance
What is it?
Your direct line to phone numbers, restaurants, plumbers and so much more.

What is it?
ITP is E911 compliant and offers emergency calling services to most its customers.
